On April 23, winners of the Punch of Four offer, hailing from various parts of the country, arrived at the Galway Head Office in New Delhi via AC train. Upon their arrival, the winners were accorded a warm welcome. They were given a tour of the office premises and briefed on the company's operations. Subsequently, they were accommodated in a fine and comfortable hotel, where they rested after their day-long journey.
The primary objective of this entire tour was to connect the achievers with the actual processes underpinning the company's systems, products and growth, thereby enabling them to better understand and further expand their businesses. The following day, April 24, all the achievers accompanied by the RD Achievers of the Galway Promotion Dhamaka traveled in air-conditioned vehicles to the Ananya Herbal Plant Factory, located in Sonipat, Haryana. Throughout the journey, a palpable sense of excitement and energy was evident among everyone.
Before reaching the factory, everyone had lunch at a nice restaurant. Afterward, they were first taken on a tour of the warehouse, where they observed how products are safely stored and how the entire supply chain operates. Through this experience, everyone realized that even a small product reaches the customer only after passing through a vast system and immense hard work.
Subsequently, all the winners were accorded a traditional welcome at the factory, complete with floral garlands and tilak. They were taken on a detailed tour of every section of the facility including the mixing unit, filling unit, packaging unit, Research and Development wing, washing area, and store. Additionally, the entire operational process was explained to them in a simplified manner via a PowerPoint presentation in the conference room.
During the tea break, everyone shared their experiences and inspired one another. The atmosphere throughout this time was remarkably positive and filled with motivation.
This entire tour conveyed a powerful message to all the winners: "Success is not achieved merely by dreaming, but by understanding the system and engaging in continuous learning." Following the tour, everyone returned to the Head Office and subsequently departed for their respective hometowns. For everyone involved, this journey transcended the scope of a mere visit; it evolved into a golden experience, one brimming with learning, inspiration and cherished memories.
