In every journey of success, there comes a moment when the course of history shifts, paving the way for a golden future. Galway’s Sankalp Leadership Meet was one such bouquet of moments where a collective vision for a brighter future of Galwians was envisioned. On April 4, 2025, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri, the prestigious Arya Auditorium in Delhi witnessed an energetic gathering of over 600 Galwians from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh.

Over the past 21 years, Galway has proven that direct selling is not just a source of income, but a powerful platform that transforms the lives of lakhs of Galwians. A platform where dreams aren’t just seen—they’re taught to be lived. With the same spirit, more than 600 Galwians turned the Sankalp Galway Leadership Meet into a memorable event where aspirations took shape and purpose found voice.

A Vision That Rises Above Goals

The program began with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony led by Director, Education & Training – Mr. Rajesh Paswan. He was joined on stage by the Zone and Regional Heads, whose presence brought added energy and grace to the event. His welcome speech charged the leaders with positivity and motivation. Following this, Managing Director Mr. Sarabjeet Singh arneja addressed the gathering virtually, inspiring the leaders by emphasizing why resolutions are essential for becoming a true leader.

Next, Regional Head Mr. Mundrika Gop shared his personal success journey, demonstrating how a humble beginning can lead to extraordinary achievements. His story deeply inspired every Galwian in the auditorium. Then came the moment everyone was eagerly waiting for Galway Co-Founders and Mentors, Mr. Chetan Handa and Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber, appeared on stage together.

Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber highlighted the strength of the direct selling business, explaining how it empowers an ordinary Galwian with capability and respect, ultimately transforming them into a great Galwian. Mr. Chetan Handa focused on the features of Galway’s health products and the limitless opportunities in retailing, sharing his vision of how Galway’s wellness products are poised to lead a health revolution in India in the coming years.

In the final segment, all ED, SD and RD achievers were invited on stage and honored. Along with them, all Franchisee Heads were also felicitated for their contributions. The event became a powerful source of motivation and enthusiasm for every Galwian present. In essence, the words of both mentors were not only enriching from a business growth perspective but also instilled the confidence to discover the leader within every Galwian. As the program concluded, the smile on every face was the true reflection of success and purpose.
