Even the cold winter day of 19 January 2026 faded in front of the enthusiasm and passion of Galwians. At the Galway Sankalp Leadership Meet 2026, held at SK Precious, New Delhi, every Galwian present carried dreams in their hearts, a strong determination to achieve them, and the echo of success at every step.

The Galway Sankalp Leadership Meet 2026 began in a traditional manner with the lighting of the lamp. This grand meetup saw the presence of a large number of Regional Heads, GDDs, Zonal Heads, LDDs, Franchise Heads, RDs, and VC members from Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Madhya Pradesh.

The programme was smoothly conducted by Mr. Rajesh Kumar Paswan (Director, Education & Training). During the meetup, all present GDDs, LDDs, and Franchise Heads were honoured in recognition of their outstanding support and dedication. After the felicitation ceremony, Regional Head and GDD Mr. Mundrika Gop shared detailed insights about the upgraded Galway Business Plan and outlined the roadmap for upcoming goals with the leaders present.

On this occasion, Mr. Kush Kumar (Senior Director – Sales & PR) was warmly welcomed and honoured. Through his inspiring and energetic training session, he filled the Galwians with renewed enthusiasm and confidence. The energy of the meetup reached new heights when Company Mentor & Founder Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber and Managing Director Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Arneja entered the venue. The entire hall echoed with slogans of Jai Galway… Jai Bharat.

During this time, Galwians had the privilege of listening to inspiring and valuable thoughts from Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber and Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Arneja. At the end of the programme, all Galway leaders also got the opportunity to take memorable photographs with both distinguished guests.
