Born in a small village of Jajpur district in Odisha, Harmohan Sahu wasn’t a boy with sky-high dreams, but he was filled with deep determination, discipline, and passion. Like most youngsters of his age, he was leading a simple life, going with the flow, without any big plan for the future.
At that time, he had just completed his intermediate studies and was pursuing a diploma. The road ahead looked uncertain, no clear plan, no big ambition. His only thought was that like everyone else, he too would find a job one day, maybe government or private, and life would go on somehow.
His mother had passed away long ago, and his father carried the entire family’s responsibility on his shoulders. Harmohan’s goal was simple to finish his studies and support his family. But destiny had a different plan for him.
One day, through a friend, he heard about Galway Business for the first time. He didn’t know that this name would soon change his life. That day was 13 June 2015, the day he took the first step toward a new chapter of his life. He says, at first, I didn’t understand much, but something inside me said, if I want to do something big, this is the right path.
From that day, he began his journey with Galway, a journey where challenges tried to hold him back, but his spirit pushed him forward. That journey turned a simple boy into an inspiring leader.

He says, Galway didn’t change me; it revealed my true self. Slowly, the Galway Education System shaped his thinking and personality. He began to see that Galway was not just a business, it was a mission to make people think better, act better and become better.

Harmohan always wanted to make his parents proud, earn a name for himself, and give his family a secure and happy life. His dreams, a beautiful home, a lovely car and smiles on his family’s faces, once seemed too far away. But Galway made them possible.
Today, Harmohan owns a beautiful house, a brand new Kia Sonet car through the Galway Car Bonus, three bikes for his family, and even gifted a Scooty to his father.
He smiles and says that My father proudly tells everyone that the company his son works with is not just fulfilling his dreams but the whole family’s. For Harmohan, success isn’t just about money but it’s about seeing pride and happiness in his family’s eyes. He proudly says that Galway didn’t just fill my pockets, it filled my family’s hearts with joy and pride.
Standing on the Top of the World at Burj Khalifa
There was a time when even stepping out of his village felt like a big deal. But today, Harmohan stood on the top of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, living his dream.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment when hard work, patience, and belief turned the impossible into possible. Through Galway’s Travel Bonus, he got the chance to experience a Dubai Tour- 4 nights and 5 days of luxury in Emirates flights. Every single day there made him realize that with the right mindset and direction, one can truly change their world.
He shares that Standing on top of Burj Khalifa, I realized, if you truly wish for it, even a small-town boy can reach the top of the world. That moment made him believe that Galway didn’t just change his life, it gave wings to his dreams.

Harmohan’s journey didn’t stop at personal success, it became a source of inspiration for his whole family. Today, their home has turned into a ‘Dream Factory’, where every day new goals are created.
Galway Business has now become a family business, his elder brother Rajmohan Sahu is an RD, sister Sumitra Sahu is also at RD level and younger brother Sharmohan Sahu has achieved the same rank. Their home now buzzes with discussions about team growth, goals and new achievements. Harmohan laughs and says, “Our home is not just a home anymore, it’s a dream factory, where every day hard work and unity turn dreams into reality.”

The road to success wasn’t smooth. When Harmohan started Galway, people mocked him, "This business won’t work," "It’s just about adding members," "You’ll get nothing out of it." Friends distanced themselves, relatives criticized him, and there were moments of doubt. But he stood firm. He decided that his success would be defined by his belief and effort, not by others’ opinions. Galway’s training, mentors, and system taught him, “If the world says no, you’re on the right path.” He turned every rejection into motivation, every obstacle into a stepping stone.
Today, when he looks back, he knows, success belongs to those who never stop and who turn failures into lessons.

Harmohan is not just a successful distributor; he’s a true leader and motivator. Every month, from the 1st to the 5th, he organizes Galway Achievement Days in his zone, celebrating progress with offers, rewards, and motivation sessions. He believes, “Success feels bigger when shared with the team.” He inspires his team to attend all Galway trainings, listen to seniors, and never give up.
He says, “Don’t fear rejection, make it your ladder to success. Every Galwian should attend all Galway meetings online and offline, follow the advice of seniors, If I can achieve my car, home, and Dubai trip, you can too. Just stay focused, keep learning, and keep working hard.”
He adds, “Galway didn’t just make me financially rich, it made me rich in thoughts and attitude.” His smile, his story, and his journey send one powerful message, “With the right guidance and mindset, anyone can become the hero of their own story.”
