At the Galway RD Forum held at Hotel Grand Palm, New Delhi on 18 June 2025, Galwians proved with their enthusiasm, passion and dedication that if the goal is clear and there is no dearth of hard work, then every goal can be achieved.

The program started with the passionate slogans of ‘Jai Galway-Jai Bharat’, which were presented in a powerful manner by star GDD Mithlesh and Yelimela Mahendra Reddy. After this, Senior Director (Sales and PR) Kush Kumar, Director Abhishek Johri, General Manager Pradeep Gupta, Director (Franchise Expansion) Rajesh Kumar Modi and Director (Training and Education) Rajesh Kumar Paswan came on the stage, who formally inaugurated the forum by lighting the lamp.

Director (Training and Education) Rajesh Kumar Paswan inspired all the RDs to be dedicated towards the goal through his intense motivational session. After this, Director (Franchise Expansion) Rajesh Kumar Modi shared the successful strategies of Galway business, while Senior Director (Sales & PR) Kush Kumar explained in detail the features of Galway system and its business benefits.

During this, Chetan Sir, while joining through virtual medium, gave the message to all Galwians to keep trying continuously and keep moving forward with positive energy.

When Managing Director Sarabjeet Singh Arneja came on the stage, the whole hall echoed with the slogans of ‘Jai Galway-Jai Bharat’. In his special session, he shared the seven fundamentals of success through ‘7S Presentation’, in which special emphasis was laid on important aspects like discipline, dedication and working with the right system.

At the end of the program, all RD Galwians were honored by giving certificates for their achievements, which further increased their confidence and inspired them to perform better in future.
