Feel the Galway’s magic of taste and health with colors

Masala Rice Bran Dahi Vada Chaat (Special Festive Twist)

Dahi vada is a staple in almost every household during festive time but it made in a special way with Galway Nutriflow Rice Bran Oil and Galway Kitchen Shakti Masala.

Ingredients:

For the Dahi Vada:

• 1 cup soaked urad dal (washed)

• 1/2 teaspoon Galway Kitchen Shakti turmeric powder

• 1 teaspoon Galway Kitchen Shakti coriander powder

• 1/2 teaspoon Galway Kitchen Shakti chili powder

• Salt to taste

• Galway Nutriflow Rice Bran Oil for frying

For the Chaat Topping:

• Whipped yogurt

• Tamarind chutney

• Green chutney

• 1 teaspoon Galway Kitchen Shakti chaat masala

• A little red Galway Kitchen Shakti chili powder (for garnish)

Method:

1. Grind the soaked urad dal into a thick paste.

2. Add Galway Kitchen Shakti turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt.

3. Heat Galway Nutriflow Rice Bran Oil in a pan.

4. Form small vadas and fry them until golden brown.

5. Soak the vadas in lukewarm water for 5–7 minutes and squeeze them lightly.

6. Top with yogurt, then tamarind and green chutney.

7. Finally, sprinkle with Galway Kitchen Shakti Chaat Masala and a little chili powder.

So, spread fragrance in your kitchen and give guests the true flavor of the festival.
