When the flame of courage
rises within women power
even in darkness
the ray of success begins to shine.
Yes, this is the true strength of women, that when she decides to achieve something, she also possesses the courage to take it to completion. To spread this courage among every woman, International Women’s Day is celebrated on 8 March. In 1910, a German woman Clara Zetkin laid its foundation and later in 1975 the United Nations formally recognized it. Since then, this day has been celebrated with new themes every year to promote women’s self-reliance and rights. This year, the 2026 theme is ‘Give to Gain.
This theme serves as a roadmap that encourages women toward employment, self-reliance and the path of success. As a society, when we provide equal platforms to women, they move forward and when women move forward, families, society and the nation progress as well.
It is indeed a matter of pride for every Galwian that for the past 22 years Galway has followed the philosophy of ‘Give to Gain,’ meaning giving women equal opportunities so they can achieve success. By adopting this initiative as its business mantra, Galway has been creating opportunities for self-reliance for thousands of women Galwians.
Our Give to Gain philosophy is not limited to providing income alone. When we open the doors of opportunity for women without discrimination or prejudice, it increases their confidence and gives them the courage to shape their future. In this business, giving opportunity means providing a platform to prove oneself. Giving respect means recognizing hard work. Providing knowledge and training means creating role models for other women. And most importantly, offering time and money freedom means giving women the independence to make decisions about their own lives.
This giving policy of Galway Business creates a chain reaction. When a woman Galwian achieves success, she gains the confidence to encourage other Galwians in her network. When she receives training, she builds a new generation of leaders. When she receives guidance, she becomes capable of guiding others.
Two women of Galway, Preeti Kalra and Neerja Jha are living examples of this philosophy. That is why they have been selected as the Distributors of the Month for March. Apart from being successful distributors, they are also role models for thousands of women who wish to build their own identity.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, through the success stories of Preeti Kalra and Neerja Jha, let us salute the women power of Galway and take a pledge to continue the tradition of empowering women on the Galway platform. Because when women receive the Galway platform, they not only live their dreams, they also win them.
Nothing Is Impossible Before My Determination – Preeti Kalra
The success of Preeti Kalra in Galway Business is a story of confidence that assures women that nothing is impossible. A resident of Janakpuri, Delhi, Preeti is today working at the RD level in Galway and has achieved a position that fills her with pride and self-respect. However, this achievement is the result of four years of relentless hard work, passion for learning, determination to overcome rejection and the courage to move forward with family support.
Beginning the account of her success journey, Preeti says that the greatest achievement in Galway is the gift of respect. Yes, when she received an award on the stage of the Indian Direct Selling Association (IDSA) among distributors from dozens of networking companies, it became one of the proudest moments of her life. At that moment she realized that when hard work brings results in Galway, recognition comes on such a prestigious national platform. It was not just a trophy but a certificate of her confidence. That moment was even more special because her daughter, son, son-in-law and the entire Galway family were part of that honour. Along with respect, Galway has also given her time and money freedom, which is the dream of every woman in the country.
According to Preeti, through this business she has earned travel and car bonuses without investing any capital. She bought a scooty for her son and confidently says that through the car fund she will soon purchase her dream car, Fortuner. After completing several domestic tours, she is confident about qualifying for the Nepal trip. Preeti believes that the most valuable thing for women is time freedom. Between household responsibilities, childcare and family needs, women often sacrifice their dreams. But Galway’s business model is so flexible that she was able to manage her time well and move forward. This business gives her control over both her time and financial decisions.
However, her journey was not easy. In the beginning, some family members discouraged her from doing this business, including her own sister. But Preeti knew that once success comes, every rejection turns into appreciation. She says every networker has to hear “no” in the beginning, but if you remain consistent, those who once refused will eventually start supporting you.
For Preeti, Galway is special not only as a source of income but also as a means of building relationships. Her daughter’s marriage also took place within the Galwian family. She proudly says that Galway has now become her family business, as her son, daughter and son-in-law are all part of this journey.
She credits her success to the mentoring of great upline leaders Sarabjeet Sir and Karan Sir, as well as Galway’s powerful training modules. She stays connected with her team through weekly Google Meet sessions, offline systems and meetings at the Galway shop. Whatever she learned from her mentors, she is now teaching her downline. According to her, learning should never stop, because a true leader is always ready to learn.
She also tells her fellow women Galwians that if someone works sincerely in this business for three years, life can truly change.
Apart from training, retailing Galway products has also been her secret of success. She herself is diabetic and has been highly impressed with the results of Gluntrol and Noni Juice. Other favourite products in her home include Daily Vital, Calcium, Bhringraj Oil and Rice Bran Oil, which are regularly used. She believes that when you trust the products yourself, you can confidently demonstrate them to others.
Today Preeti Kalra proudly says that for women, there can hardly be a better business than Galway, where one not only earns money but also gains identity and respect. Most importantly, the safe work culture here allows women Galwians to write their success stories with confidence. With the same confidence, Preeti has now begun her journey toward achieving her next target level, GDD.
Her remarkable journey proves that when a woman believes in herself, she does not only change her own future but also creates a new path of success for her family and society.
I Am woman… and I can Conquer the world - Neerja Jha
Every great success story begins with a simple start. The story of Neerja Jha from Faridabad, Haryana is also one such journey, which started from the life of a simple housewife and transformed into the journey of a self-reliant leader. With the confidence she gained through success in Galway Business, Neerja says that as women we may be gentle, but we are certainly not weak. This strong spirit of determination has earned her the title of Distributor of the Month. With the same determination, she is guiding the dreams of the women Galwians in her team.
Neerja’s journey in Galway Business began in 2021 through her mentor Karan Sir. Before that she was a homemaker busy with household responsibilities. Yet somewhere within her heart there was a desire to create her own identity. That desire found direction through Galway Business when she learned about the business plan and the excellent Galway products. The life-changing training sessions here completed the transformation.
Neerja says that after joining Galway, the biggest change in her life came in her mindset. Positive thinking, self-reliance, the courage to dream big and the confidence to make the right decisions strengthened her from within. Along with her own growth, women and girls who joined her journey have also experienced positive change. Today her team includes several women Galwians who have realized their dreams. In this wonderful journey of success, she has also made her son a Galwian, turning Galway into her family business.
Speaking about her achievements, Neerja has completed 7 to 8 domestic trips and travelling with her family and team has created many memorable moments. She has also qualified for the Nepal trip through Galway’s attractive offers. One of her greatest achievements is receiving the Indian Direct Selling Association (IDSA) Award in 2024, which she accepted on a grand stage from renowned personalities. This award was special because distributors from many networking companies were also competing for it.
Apart from the IDSA Award, she considers the Best Performance Certificate in Galway Shoorveer, her poetry performance at the company’s anniversary event and other recognitions as important achievements.
She has achieved both the travel bonus and car bonus funds. Her next dream is to visit her dream country Scotland and purchase her dream car Fortuner. With the travel and car bonus funds, these dreams are likely to come true soon.
For this, Neerja is working with complete dedication and is very close to achieving her next target rank, LDD. She regularly conducts one-to-one meetings and organizes a weekly Zoom session every Thursday at 7 PM called “Thursday Thunder.” In these sessions she provides training on different topics. Some sessions she conducts herself, while others are conducted with her mentor Karan Sir and other leaders. She says that every Wednesday, second and fourth Sunday of the month, our team conducts demos and planning sessions at the superstore, along with training. Along with this, through product demos, plan books, catalogues, team meetings, YouTube videos and WhatsApp, she continues to grow retailing. Her team conducts more than 100 one-to-one meetings every month.
At the beginning of each month she sits with her team to plan the entire monthly strategy and celebrates small and big achievements through RRR activities.
Of course, during this journey she has faced rejection and negativity. But she has learned how to overcome it. Whenever she faced rejection, she spoke with her mentor, upgraded herself and attended training sessions. She also finds inspiration in the story of Subhadra Ji, one of the most successful women leaders in Galway. In difficult times she looks at her team members who have trusted her and that responsibility gives her the strength to continue. According to her, rejection does not mean the end, it simply means the next opportunity.
Her favourite products include Women Plus, Velvet Sanitary Pads, Panch Tulsi Drops, Noni, Daily Vital, Vimukti Oil and Rice Bran Oil. Her home has Galway Dream Corner and My Galway Kitchen.
In this journey of success, she credits her achievements to positive thinking, hard work, Galway’s training, tips from Sarabjeet Sir, guidance from her mentor Karan Sir and the support of her team. She tells her team members to keep their dreams alive and maintain positive thinking. Do not fear what people might say. If you overcome that fear, the entire sky of success belongs to you.
The stories of Preeti Kalra and Neerja Jha prove that when a woman decides to move forward, she not only changes her own destiny but also brightens the future of many lives connected with her. Their success shows that when a platform like Galway exists, women can reach any height.
On the special occasion of International Women’s Day, the story of these two women is not just about two individuals, it represents a mindset that believes when women receive equal opportunities, leadership, training and mentoring, success becomes not just a story but a movement.
On this International Women’s Day, we salute Preeti Kalra, Neerja Jha and thousands of women Galwians who are writing their own success stories in Galway.
